When do I get my products?

We will process your order immediately before handing it off to one of our trusted delivery partners, in line with your shipping requirements. You will have your products delivered within 72 hours. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please send us an email: luca@shopmurano.com

How many times can I use my glass tip?

Our glass tips are endlessly reusable for as long as you have it in your possession.

How do I clean my glass tip?

The Tips: Just fill your case with alcohol and a bit of salt. Let it sit for 10min, then shake and rinse it. It will look new again.

The One & The Max: Use a bit of alcohol and cotton swabs to clean the inside of the stainless steel filter. For the glasstip rinse it with water.

Returns

What to do if I want to make a return?

Should you wish to make a return, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that refunds will only be processed if your Murano Glass is unused. If your order has shipped and you wish to cancel, please note you are responsible for any return shipment fees.
